ICO Annual Conference,
RCSI St Stephen's Green Dublin
Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th April

To celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the location of the Royal College of Surgeons on Dublin's St Stephen's Green the ICO will hold it's Annual Conference in the RCSI this 28th to 30th April. The Conference opens at 8am on Wednesday 28th and runs until lunchtime on Friday 30th.

This year we have a very exciting programme and our guest speakers include Prof John Forresster and Prof Bertil Damato.

We have an extended social programme this year and we urge all to particiapte fully in the events. On Wednesday evening we have a special gathering in the Guiness Storehouse to celebrate the twinning of the ICO and the New England Ophthalmological Society. A group of our colleagues from NEOS will attend and it promises to be a great night planned as a more casual event than the formal Black Tie dinner taking place in the RCSI on Thursday night.

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 2.30pm on Thursday 29th April. The AGM will deal with a number of issues especially those which the Public Affairs Committee would like to raise and we ask members for their valued input at this meeting.
