Dr. Tseng is a world-renowned surgeon in ocular surface reconstruction and a well-published physician scientist with over 300 peer-reviewed clinical and scientific papers. He pioneered limbal stem cell transplantation and popularized the concept of using the CryoTek® process to preserve the natural wound healing properties of amniotic membrane for ocular surface reconstruction and wound healing
