We know that services across the country mark the day with different events.  Combining their efforts, HSE staff working in collaboration with members of Patients for Patient Safety Ireland and the Department of Health developed a wide range of accessible resources. 

There are leaflets, posters, animated clips, videos, podcasts and patient stories.  Feel free to use them to complement your own plans and resources and share them widely.  You can access them through the attached document or through the HSE website.
