Adare Retinal Meeting

The fifth Adare Retinal Meeting, coordinated by ICO President, Ms Marie Hickey-Dwyer, will take place on Thursday,10th October 2013 at the Adare Manor Golf Club, Adare, Co Limerick.

The programme which runs from 10am until 4pm, will include presentations on Retinal Vein Occlusions, Interpretation of Electrophysiological Tests and Genetic Eye Disease, Auto fluorescence Imaging and Wide Field Photography; Treatment Dilemmas and Diabetic Retinopathy Screening.

Prof. Philip Cleary, Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork with give a guest lecture on Supplements in Age Related Macular Degeneration and Dr. Brian Sweeney, Consultant Neurologist, Cork University Hospital on the Interface between Ophthalmology and Neurology in Multiple Sclerosis.

The teaching faculty comprises Mr. Robert Acheson, Prof. Philip Cleary, Miss Marie Hickey-Dwyer, Mr. Frank Kinsella, and Ms. Patricia Quinlan.
